THE BUILDINGIris Tower itself is our proudest creation. It shifts to welcome you—studios that hum with your music before you write it, mirrors that reflect your future fame, or doors that lead to places you shouldn’t go.a structure that breathes, shifts, and occasionally laughs at your expense.In the Lobby you will find the bulletin board with announcements, introductions and our featured artists. An introduction in the chat with the same information provided in the form is required to be kept in the community.-The Lounge is the main community channel for group conversation and casual chat.In the dashboard you'll find the self promotion area where you can share links to posts in your personal social media, artist updates and look for connections for your characters for collaboration ( ex. a group member, producer, etc. )The rest of the rooms are self explanatory, here you're encouraged to plot, create and write with your fellow members. (ex. meet with your producer in the recording studio and produce together, another idol might join to help out.)Outside in the Alley there is an anon confessions channel, self explanatory. Read bot commands for anonymity. There is room for ooc chat and off topic discussions.
TRIPS & THEMED EVENTS:You will be notified of the event / trip date in advance, providing a comprehensive schedule. Following the provided guidelines, you are encouraged to create edits, posts or plots accordingly. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we provide you with early access to event trip schedules and theme project information. Considering the demands of our lives outside of the community. Our artists must engage with us, and we kindly request that if you cannot participate in an event trip or project, you notify the admins in advance. Failure to do so may result in unfortunate dismissal from the company if it happens more than twice. We place a high emphasis on the active involvement of our artists within the community.We encourage creative exploration beyond the community activities. Collaboration is welcomed should you wish to engage in joint projects. Participation in these side endeavors is mostly optional depending on events.Besides from our Weekly submissions, which are short term events for creative exploration. No specific deadlines are imposed for our other events, granting you the freedom to express yourself at your own pace. If you decide to embark on a side project, kindly reach out to us via direct message, and we will gladly assist in planning and execution.Specific rules will be provided per event.Ultimately our goal is to inspire and encourage others to write, edit and create together in a fun and somewhat safe environment.
